Summary
- You will help empower results for our client by processing and/or auditing payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner. You will work with the Subject Matter Expert and manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommend / implement solutions for various clients.
Your Impact as Process Associate
- Acquire domain knowledge from SME (Internal client)
- Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
- Review/Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify, share, and support operational improvements
- Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Ensure compliance to TRBS & MIS guidelines
- Adherence to team schedule and leave plans
- Work in 24X7 shift
Location: Gurgaon
Qualifications:
EDUCATION : Bachelors degree or equivalent. No B.E/B.tech/ BCA/MCA
EXPERIENCE :0-2yrs of experience
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word
- Typing Speed of minimum 25 WPM & 90% Accuracy
